Ingredients
- 3 handfuls dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g pecorino (or parmesan)
- 80 ml olive oil
- 30 g almond kernels
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Rinse the dill and pluck off the tips. Place the dill, lemon juice, crumbled pecorino, and almonds in a blender. Blend finely and slowly pour in the olive oil until a creamy paste forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a small jar, cover with olive oil, and store.
