Ingredients
- 3 Avocados
- 2 Spring Onions
- 80 g pickled bell peppers (jar)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Peel the avocados, halve them, remove the pits and dice the flesh. Lightly mash with a fork to leave some chunks. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice into thin rings. Pat the pickled bell peppers dry and chop finely. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Serve as desired in jars with crackers.
