Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Celery Root
- 200 g carrots
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Clean, wash, and dice the celery root, carrots, and tomatoes. Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic until translucent, then roast vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add thyme and bay leaf and simmer sauce for about 6 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
