Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.25 l plant oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp cognac
- 1 tomato
Instructions

Whisk egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper with a whisk.

Add the oil in small drops, then stir in tomato paste, ketchup and cognac.

Wash the tomato, quarter it, remove seeds, finely dice and fold into the sauce.
