Ingredients

  • 300 g white radish
  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Peel the radishes and slice them thinly across, then season well with salt. Wash the parsley, remove the leaves from the stems, and arrange them on plates. Rinse the tomatoes, dry them, and cut into slices.

    Rinse the radish slices in cold water, pat them dry, and alternately place them around the tomato slices on the parsley leaves. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
