Ingredients
- 600 g rutabaga
- 1 apple
- 250 g diced pineapple (canned)
- 2 untreated oranges
- 100 g Red Grapes
- 75 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp chives
- Salt

Peel the rutabaga and apple. Slice the rutabaga into thin sticks or grate it. Cut the apple into thin wedges. Drain the pineapple. Fillet the oranges, catching the juice. Wash the grapes and cut them in half, removing seeds if desired.

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. For the dressing whisk together the cream with sour cream, balsamic vinegar, orange juice, horseradish, and chives; season with salt. Toss with the salad ingredients and serve arranged on a plate.
