Ingredients

  • 800 g bottle tomatoes (ripe)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 0.5 glass pickled pepper (green)
  • Salt
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pepper

    Score the tomatoes crosswise, briefly blanch and peel, halve, seed, and roughly chop the flesh. Peel and finely mince the onion and garlic, sauté in oil, add the tomatoes, bring to a boil, pour in wine, and simmer for 10 minutes covered.

    Drain the pepper and add it. Wash the parsley, dry shake, pluck leaves from stems, finely chop everything except a few leaves for garnish. Season the sauce, refine with sugar, stir in the parsley, and serve garnished with parsley.
