Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 red onions
- 200 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
- 100 g black pitted olives
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and cucumber, halve the tomatoes, quarter the cucumber lengthwise and dice into small cubes.

Peel the onions, halve them and cut into thin strips. Drain the sheep cheese and cube it into 1 cm pieces.

Drain the olives well, then mix with the tomatoes, cucumber, sheep cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and divide into bowls.

Top the tomato-cucumber-feta salad with onion strips and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
