The cucumber salad with sour cream from Spoonsparrow is the perfect companion for any summer dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers (500 g each)
  • Salt
  • 0.5 bunch dill (10 g)
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and thinly slice the cucumbers. Place slices in a bowl, season with salt, and let sit for about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, rinse the dill, shake off excess water, trim the ends, and finely chop it.

    In a bowl, mix sour cream with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Season with pepper to taste.
