Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers (500 g each)
- Salt
- 0.5 bunch dill (10 g)
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pepper

Peel, wash, and thinly slice the cucumbers. Place slices in a bowl, season with salt, and let sit for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the dill, shake off excess water, trim the ends, and finely chop it.

In a bowl, mix sour cream with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Season with pepper to taste.
