Ingredients
- 150 g tuna in its own juice (1 can)
- 100 g Soft Butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp capers
- 4 small tomatoes
- 2 sticks celery
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 6 tramezzini breads
Instructions

Drain the tuna and mix with the butter. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Drain the capers, wash and pat dry the parsley, chop both together and stir into the cream.

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash and trim the celery, keep the leaves, finely cut the stalks. Toast the tramezzini, layer with tomato slices and spread the tuna mixture on top. Distribute celery over it and garnish with celery leaves. Serve immediately to prevent the bread from soaking.
