Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (in its own juice)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 10 black pitted olives
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 leaves endive salad
- Salt
- Pepper

Drain the tuna well, flake it with a fork. Finely chop the capers and olives, mix them with the tuna, sour cream, and lemon juice, peel the garlic and squeeze it in.

Wash and pat dry the endive leaves. Slice the baguette, spread the tuna cream on the lower halves, fold the baguette together and cut in half. Serve with salty popcorn and onion rings.
