- 1 thick carrot
- 4 whole grain rolls
- 100 g double cream cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chives rings
- pepper from the mill
Instructions

Peel the carrot and slice lengthwise into thin rounds with a vegetable peeler.

Cut the rolls in half. Spread cream cheese on the bottom halves. Top with carrot slices, sprinkle chives and pepper. Place the top halves back on.
