Ingredients
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 5 stems oregano
- 1 small sprig rosemary
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 100 g butter
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- 40 g parmesan (or pecorino)
Instructions

Rinse the herbs, set aside a few leaves for garnish. Finely chop the remaining herbs. Peel and finely mince the garlic.

Clean the chili pepper, rinse it, and finely slice it. Heat 2 tbsp butter, sauté the garlic and chili briefly. Add the remaining butter and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Toss the pasta with the herb‑chili butter. Grate cheese over the top and sprinkle with herb leaves before serving.
