  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 300 g oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g sliced turkey breast
  • 30 g Butter
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 bundle mixed herbs (e.g., parsley, chives)

    Cook tagliatelle in boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain. Boil tomatoes briefly, then peel, quarter, seed, and chop into small pieces.

    Clean oyster mushrooms, remove stems, and slice into strips. Remove seeds from chili peppers and cut into rings. Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces and sear in hot butter for 3 minutes until browned. Add oyster mushrooms and cook another 3 minutes. Add noodles, tomatoes, and chilies; let everything heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Chop herbs and garnish the pasta with them.
