Ingredients

  • 500 g red and yellow bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp light balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper from grinder
  • 500 g Tagliatelle

Instructions

    Quarter the bell peppers, clean, rinse, and cut into strips. Peel the garlic. Rinse the basil (reserve a few leaves for garnish), then slice the leaves into strips.

    Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the pepper strips for 5 minutes. Add the pressed garlic. Season with vinegar, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

    Drain the pasta, let it dry slightly, then mix with the peppers. Sprinkle with basil leaves before serving.
