Ingredients

  • 4 T‑Bone steaks
  • 4 bunches cocktail tomatoes
  • 1.2 kg small potatoes (cooked the day before)
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 4 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 red onions
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • olive oil
  • 4 tsp garlic butter

Instructions

  1. 1.

Cut the potatoes into wedges and dust them with flour. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges as well, then fry the onions and potatoes in clarified butter until golden yellow.

  2. 2.

Wash the steaks, pat them dry, and season with salt and pepper. Grill them on a hot grill on both sides for a strong sear. After 1–2 minutes, move them to a slightly cooler spot and grill for another 3–4 minutes depending on desired doneness (rare to well‑done). At the same time, grill the tomato wedges. Season with salt and generous pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Plate the steaks together with the potatoes and tomatoes, garnish with garlic butter, and serve.
