Ingredients
- 100 g dried figs
- 100 g Dried Apricots
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 20 ml rum (or non-alcoholic rum)
- 0.5 orange (juice)
- 1 tbsp nut oil
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Rose water

Finely chop the figs and apricots. Mix with the almonds, rum, orange juice, and oil.

Add cinnamon and rose water to refine the flavor and let sit for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crostini and fresh figs as desired.
