Ingredients
- 2 tsp black tea
- 1 untreated lemon
- 200 ml clear apple juice
- 200 ml peach juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig mint

Pour the tea into a pot and pour 600 ml boiling water over it. Steep for about 3 minutes, then strain through a sieve. Let cool. Before serving wash the lemon hot, cut off a piece of zest, halve it and squeeze out the juice. Pour the cooled tea with the lemon juice and cold apple and peach juices into a glass pitcher halfway filled with ice cubes, lemon zest, and mint, pour the tea over and serve.
