Ingredients
- 5 tbsp fruit tea
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon (unprocessed)
- 1 l mineral water (non-carbonated)
- plenty of ice cubes

Wash the lemon hot, slice into rounds and cut each half in half.

Bring 1 l water to a boil. Brew the tea and let it steep for about 7 minutes. Strain the fruit tea and sweeten with sugar. Pour into a jug and let cool well. Before serving add two handfuls of ice cubes to the jug. Distribute lemon slices and some ice cubes on glasses and pour the tea over them. Serve very cold.
