Summer Punch with Alcohol

Fruitful and light: Try the delicious summer punch with alcohol from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 1 untreated lime
- 1 untreated lemon
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 Nectarines
- 200 g Raspberries
- 100 ml limoncello
- 500 ml dry white wine
- 80 ml raspberry syrup
- ice cubes (optional)
- 1 bottle sparkling wine (750 ml)
- mint for garnish
Instructions

Wash the lime and lemon in hot water, then slice thinly. Peel, quarter, and slice the kiwis. Wash the nectarines and cut into thin strips. Rinse the raspberries. Thread one kiwi slice, one nectarine strip, and one raspberry onto a small wooden skewer; repeat to make about 8 fruit skewers. Combine the remaining sliced fruit with limoncello, white wine, and raspberry syrup in a punch bowl and stir well. Refrigerate for about an hour.

Add ice cubes if desired before serving, then pour sparkling wine into glasses. Serve the summer punch with alcohol in glasses, garnished with a fruit skewer and a mint leaf.
