Ingredients
- 1 small Galia melon
- 1 small honeydew melon
- 0.5 watermelon
- 2 elderflower stems
- 3 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 1 Organic lemon
- 300 ml apple juice
- 1 bottle chilled prosecco (or sparkling wine)
- 200 ml carbonated mineral water
Instructions

Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop small balls. Combine the melon balls with the elderflower stems and syrup in a punch bowl. Wash, dry rub, and slice the lemon; add it to the bowl along with the apple juice and half of the prosecco.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, pour in the remaining prosecco and mineral water.
