Ingredients
- 30 g whole cane sugar
- 250 g strawberries
- 60 ml Korn brandy
- 1 l Altbier
Instructions

Dissolve the sugar in a little hot water and let it cool. Thoroughly clean, wash, pat dry the strawberries, cut them into quarters and place them in a punch bowl.

Pour the sugar solution and Korn brandy over the fruit. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Before serving, pour cold Altbier into the punch bowl and serve immediately.
