Ingredients

  • 12 Portobello gourmet mushrooms
  • 150 g ground beef
  • 1 EL olive oil
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 EL finely chopped parsley
  • 2 slices breakfast bacon
  • 0.5 TL ginger powder
  • 1 EL light soy sauce
  • 3 EL diced red paprika
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

    Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms, lightly salt the caps inside. Finely chop about 4 EL of the stems. Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onions. Slice the bacon into thin strips.

    Brown the ground beef in a hot pan with oil until crumbly, add chopped mushroom stems, spring onions, bacon, squeeze in garlic, cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, parsley, ginger, pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly and taste.

    Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
