Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 125 g carrots
  • 125 g leeks
  • 100 ml water or vegetable broth
  • pepper, iodized salt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • fresh herbs (e.g., coriander, chervil, parsley)

Instructions

    Peel, wash and slice the carrots into rounds or sticks. Trim, wash and cut the leeks into thin rings. Heat the oil, sauté the carrots and leeks in it, then add the liquid.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for about 15 minutes. Optionally bind with a little sour cream and finish with chopped fresh herbs.
