Strawberry Smoothie Oatmeal

A delicious, liquid breakfast that strengthens the immune system with valuable nutrients such as vitamin C and folic acid.

Ingredients

  • 150 g ripe strawberries (10 ripe strawberries)
  • 40 g yogurt (1.5 % fat) (2 Tbsp)
  • 150 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 0.5 tsp coconut palm sugar
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • 20 g instant oats (2 Tbsp)

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries, pat dry, trim and roughly chop them.

    Place the strawberry pieces with yogurt, milk, coconut palm sugar, vanilla powder, and oats in a tall container. Blend everything finely with an immersion blender and serve immediately as a smoothie oatmeal.
