Kefir Drink with Black Currants

Ingredients

  • 150 g black currants
  • 5 tbsp black currant juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 400 ml kefir
  • 200 ml sparkling mineral water

Instructions

    Wash the currants and pluck them from the stems.

  2. 2.

    Bring the currants, currant juice, and honey to a boil in a small pot; simmer over medium heat for 8–9 minutes until thickened, then let cool.

  3. 3.

    Blend the cooled mixture with kefir until smooth and pour into glasses.

  4. 4.

    Top each drink with very cold sparkling mineral water.
