Ingredients

  • 200 g ripe avocado (1 ripe avocado)
  • 0.5 Organic lemon
  • 600 ml buttermilk
  • 350 g Low-fat Quark
  • 40 g almond flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and loosen the flesh from the skin.

    Wash one half of the lemon hot, pat dry, zest the peel and squeeze out the juice.

    Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes and blend with lemon juice to taste, buttermilk, quark, and almond flour in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
