- 1 small Banana
- 100 g pineapple
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp honey

Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Dice the pineapple flesh into small cubes. Combine with yogurt, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey in a blender.
