- 600 g strawberries
- 200 g jelly sugar (no cooking)
- juice of half a lime
- 20 ml peppermint liqueur
- 200 g mint chocolate squares

Wash, clean, pat dry, and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Blend with jelly sugar, lime juice, and peppermint liqueur according to package instructions.
