Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortilla sheets
- 400 g Strawberries
- 150 g dark chocolate (min. 75% cocoa)
- 60 g cooking cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 g cream cheese (30% fat in the container)
- 2 tbsp whole grain sugar
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 2 sprigs Mint

Line two baking trays with parchment paper and place two tortillas on each. Clean, wash, and slice strawberries. Chop chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath with cooking cream.

Take 4 tbsp of the melted mixture. Stir the remaining egg yolk, cream cheese, sugar, and rice flour into it. Spread the cream onto the tortillas and arrange the strawberries on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 10 minutes.

Wash mint, pat dry, and pluck leaves. Remove flatbreads from the oven, drizzle with remaining dark chocolate, and garnish with mint before serving.
