Ingredients
- 2 kg untreated oranges
- 60 ml orange liqueur
- 500 g sugar (2:1)

Remove about 50 g of orange zest. Peel and filet the oranges thoroughly, catching the juice and squeezing out the remaining pulp.

Weigh the juice, zest, liqueur, and filets (about 1 kg) and stir in half the amount of sugar.

Fill sterilized jars, seal tightly, and place them in a large pot filled with water. Boil for about 10 minutes to preserve.

Remove from water and let cool. Decorate with a dried orange slice if desired.
