Ingredients
- 500 g ripe rhubarb
- 500 g ripe strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 200 g sugar
- butter (for the tray)

Preheat oven to 220°C with top and bottom heat.

Wash rhubarb and strawberries, trim, cut into small pieces, mix with sugar and lemon juice. Spread mixture on a buttered baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for about 5 minutes to caramelize.
