Ingredients

  • 2 kg oranges (unprocessed)
  • 2 lemons
  • 80 ml Orange liqueur
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Wash the oranges hot and use a zester or sharp knife to peel or cut the skin of 6 oranges.

    Squeeze the juice of all oranges and lemons. If needed, top up to one liter with water, then bring to boil with liqueur and sugar.

    Add the zest, simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling (do a gel test), then pour into prepared jars. Turn upside down, let cool for a few minutes, flip back over and allow to set.
