Spoonsparrow Strawberry Cream: The fruity summer dessert tastes great for both young and old gourmets!
Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 200 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 100 g whipping cream

Clean and wash the strawberries, set aside 4 for garnish, then puree the rest with a stick blender until smooth. Strain the strawberry purée through a fine sieve and mix in lemon juice and powdered sugar.

Whisk together yogurt and quark, fold in the strawberry purée. Whip the cream stiffly and gently fold it into the mixture. Spoon the strawberry cream into serving bowls and garnish with the remaining strawberries. Serve immediately.
