- 300 g quark
- 100 g whipping cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 450 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Whisk quark with 50 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark mixture.

Wash, core, trim, and chop the strawberries. Cook them with 1 cup water, lemon juice, and the remaining sugar for a few minutes, then remove from heat, puree, and let cool.
