Spoonsparrow Strawberry‑Apricot Jam: With this fruity spread you bring summer to your bread!

Ingredients

  • 800 g fresh strawberries
  • 500 g fresh apricots
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 600 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries and apricots. Clean the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Halve, pit, and cut the apricots into pieces as well. Combine with the strawberries in a pot and lightly purée with an immersion blender.

    Stir in the gelatin sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling, add the liqueur, and perform a gel test. Transfer the strawberry‑apricot jam into prepared jars, seal tightly, and let cool completely.
