The apricot fruit spread from Spoonsparrow comes completely without added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 250 g dried apricots (soft apricots)
  • 50 g dried dates (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • a pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom

Instructions

    Cut apricots and dates into small pieces and mix with orange and lime juice; let the fruit soak overnight.

    Blend the soaked fruits with the juice using a stick blender until smooth, then season with vanilla powder and cardamom.
