Ingredients
- 200 g millet
- 1 tbsp seasoned instant vegetable broth
- 750 g young carrots
- 1 untreated lemon
- 50 g butter
- 2 tsp Honey
- salt, pepper from the mill
- a pot of lemon balm

Stir millet with seasoned broth into ½ l boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes while stirring.

Peel and wash carrots. Rinse lemon, pat dry, thinly peel zest. Cut zest into fine strips. Squeeze lemon juice.

Heat butter or margarine and sauté carrots while turning for a few minutes. Add lemon juice, zest, and honey. Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Tear lemon balm leaves from stems and sprinkle over carrots. Serve with millet.
