Ingredients
- 50 g roasted onions
- 500 g cream cheese quark
- 150 g low-fat milk yogurt
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 kg small potatoes
- Pepper
- 200 ml white wine
- 600 ml instant vegetable broth
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp coarse sea salt

Grind half of the roasted onions finely in a food processor. Mix with quark and yogurt. Rinse herbs, shake dry, chop finely, stir into the quark mixture, season with pepper.

Wash potatoes thoroughly. Bring wine with broth, bay leaves, rosemary, mustard seeds, and olive oil to a boil. Add potatoes and simmer covered for 12 minutes. Peel garlic cloves, add them, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Arrange the potatoes with rosemary, bay leaves, and garlic in a little stock. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Serve the onion quark topped with the remaining roasted onions as an extra garnish.
