Ingredients

  • 300 g apples
  • 150 ml apple wine
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 EL honey
  • 1 EL raisins
  • 15 g butter
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 1 TL sugar
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 0.25 TL vanilla
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 2 TL lingonberry jam

Instructions

    Poke holes in the apples with an apple corer, peel them, and cut into thick slices. Bring apple wine, water, and honey to a boil; steam the slices for 4 minutes in batches, remove with a slotted spoon, and arrange on plates.

    Bring sauce of sugar, raisins, cardamom, vanilla, and cinnamon to a simmer, pour over the apple slices. Toast pine nuts in a dry pan, sprinkle over the apples. Whip cream until stiff, pipe into the center of each slice, and garnish with lingonberry jam.
