Spirulina Fudge

A sweet treat with microalgae sounds odd, but it’s truly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 6 dates
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp spirulina (powder)
  • 2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Add dates, cocoa powder and spirulina powder to a blender and blend well.

  2. 2.

    Pour coconut oil and maple syrup into a bowl and stir with the blended mixture.

  3. 3.

    Fill two small glass bowls with the fudge mixture.

  4. 4.

    Place the bowls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then cut into pieces.
