Ingredients
- 250 g baby spinach
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 100 g pecan nuts
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

Slice the feta into rounds and arrange it with the spinach and tomatoes on plates. Sprinkle the pecans over the top.
