Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 ml tomato ketchup
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp hot mustard
Instructions

Quarter the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash and finely dice them.

Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely chop. Peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes. Peel the garlic and finely mince it.

Heat the oil and sauté the diced bell peppers, chili, onion, and garlic for 3–4 minutes while stirring.

Add tomato ketchup and vegetable broth and simmer for 5–6 minutes at medium heat while stirring.

Remove from heat and stir in the mustard. The sauce can be served hot or cold.
