Ingredients
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 100 ml coconut milk
- soy sauce to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 chili pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Finely chop the chili peppers as well.

Sauté the shallot, garlic, and chilies in hot oil, then add the peanut butter. Lightly toast it, then deglaze with broth and coconut milk. Simmer for about 15 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper.

Coarsely chop the peanuts and sauté them in a pan without oil. Spoon the sauce into small bowls, sprinkle with the toasted peanuts, top with a chili slice, and serve.
