Ingredients
- 3 dried peperoncini
- 2 tbsp colorful peppercorns
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 600 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons (cut into wedges)

Place the dried chilies, colorful peppercorns, and sea salt in a mortar and crush finely.

Make deep cuts along the back of each shrimp (but do not cut through), then rub with the pepper-chili mixture. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp for 3-5 minutes. Remove and divide into four equal bowls. Serve with lemon wedges.
