Ingredients
- 1 kg pre‑cooked shrimp, deveined (headless with shell)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Cayenne pepper

Rinse the prawns and pat them dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the garlic with lemon juice, parsley, and olive oil, then coat the prawns. Season with salt and pepper and grill for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally.

For the sauce whisk together crème fraîche, yogurt, and ginger. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, then serve alongside the grilled tiger prawns.
