Ingredients

  • 500 g waxy potatoes
  • 20 large shrimp (pre‑cleaned, deveined, and peeled except for the tail segment)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

    Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into thin spaghetti using a spiralizer. Rinse in cold water, then pat dry thoroughly.

    Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Thread each onto wooden skewers, season with salt and pepper, and wrap with potato spaghetti strands. Fry in hot oil (about 170 °C) in batches for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. If desired, keep warm in a low oven at 70 °C until all shrimp are cooked. Serve seasoned with additional salt and pepper.
