Ingredients

  • 1 small can kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g peeled tomatoes (in small pieces)
  • Salt
  • Tabasco
  • Cayenne pepper
  • cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Drain the beans. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add the beans and tomatoes, seasoning with salt, Tabasco, and cayenne pepper for heat.

    Coarsely purée half of the mixture and mix it back with the unpuréed portion. Serve warm, garnished with cilantro.
