Ingredients

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch cumin (ground)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with the crème fraîche, cumin, lemon juice and curry powder until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving bowl.

    Sprinkle the remaining curry on top and gently fold in if desired for a decorative touch.
