Spicy Argentinian Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0.5 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Peppercorns
  • 50 ml wine vinegar
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the coriander and parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Peel and dice the onions finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

    Crush the bay leaf with the chili flakes and peppercorns in a mortar. Mix well with the herbs, onion, garlic, vinegar and oil, then season with lemon juice and salt. Best to refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld.
